Many training platforms charge per learner or per course, often through tokens or credits you buy in advance. The bill then moves every time someone joins, leaves or needs a refresher. With Nest Learn you pay the same each month for each home, however many people train and however many courses they take.

Common questions
No. There are no per-learner fees, course tokens or credits, and no limit on staff numbers. You pay one monthly price for each home, and everyone who works there can take any course in the online catalogue. Bank staff are covered by the Bank Pool add-on.
Nothing. New starters and leavers don't change your bill, because you pay for the home rather than the people in it.
No. When training expires and someone needs to retake a course, there is nothing extra to pay.
A children's home registered with Ofsted to look after one child, often called a solo provision. Homes registered for two or more children are on the Home price.
You commit for 12 months and pay monthly at the lower rate. Monthly rolling costs more, and you can cancel it with one month's notice.
Yes. Each home is priced on its own, so a provider with three homes and one solo home pays for three homes and one solo home: £284 a month on a 12-month plan. The calculator works it out for you.
Bank staff who are not attached to one home sit in a pool that covers your whole provider. One flat fee of £39 a month covers all of them, however many you have.
We are not VAT registered, so there is no VAT to add to these prices.
Providers with six or more homes get volume pricing. Talk to us and we will quote for your group.
