What exactly is a bespoke induction package?
A custom course built for one provider only, from that provider's own induction material, and delivered through Nest Learn. New starters work through it in the system rather than around a table with a folder, and every step is tracked and evidenced.
Does it cost extra?
Yes. It is an optional add-on at a small additional cost on top of your Nest Learn subscription, because the course is built for your provider alone.
Can other providers see our induction?
No. A bespoke package is private to the provider it is built for and does not appear in the shared catalogue.
What do we need to give you to get started?
Whatever your induction is today: a handbook, a checklist, policies, slides, or the running order a manager keeps in their head. We work from that rather than asking you to write something new.
Can we change it later?
Yes. Policies change and so should the induction. Send us the update and we revise the course; the training records already collected stay intact.
Does it replace the core courses?
No. It sits alongside them. Most providers pair a bespoke induction with core courses from the catalogue in the same Learning Path, so a new starter gets both in one assignment.
