Workplace Culture & Compliance
Harassment and Discrimination
This course sets out what discrimination and harassment actually are in law, with particular focus on sexual harassment and its four recognised forms. It covers the psychological and professional impact on the person targeted, the consequences for the harasser and the organisation, and the practical options available to someone experiencing it — including how to handle retaliation.
A full lesson on bystander intervention addresses the more common problem: colleagues who see it and say nothing.
